Investigators believe that the teens met Angelo Tafoya at the apartment complex to buy drugs and a gun but things escalated, and it ended with Tafoya being shot to death. According to officials, the teens allegedly planned to rob Tafoya.
A total of six teens, ages 13 to 18, have been charged in connection with the case. The 13-year-old suspect arrested this week is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday, according to Bernalillo County District Attorney Sam Bregman.
