Black Butler season 4 episode 8 recap: Ciel meets the Headmaster
Black Butler season 4 episode 8, “His Butler, Locking Up,” begins with the Blue House cheering Ciel for their victory in the Cricket Tournament. Immediately after, Sebastian fetches Ciel to cater to his injury.
The episode reveals that Ciel had asked Sebastian to exchange Bluewer’s ball for a ball with a slightly different weight. This allowed the ball to change the trajectory and led to Blue House’s victory.
To Ciel’s surprise, Sebastian then tells Ciel how the Headmaster slipped away from Sebastian’s reach, although he tried his best to catch him.
After Blue House partakes in the procession along the Thames River and greets the Queen, Ciel finds out that he was chosen by the Headmaster for an audience at his midnight tea party.
The P4, their drudges, and Ciel arrive at the midnight tea party, and without much ado, Ciel questions the Headmaster about the whereabouts of Derrick Arden and other missing students.
The Headmaster’s apprentice tells Ciel that all the students are on school grounds, and Derrick Arden appears behind a door, surprising everyone.
