City of Albuquerque looks for participants for food waste reduction study

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The City of Albuquerque is looking for community members to participate in a food waste reduction study.

The goal of the study, which is being overseen by Keep Albuquerque Beautiful, is to identify strategies to reduce food waste in the community. The team is looking for 100 households to participate in a week-long study to identify challenges people face when it comes to wasting food and to gather feedback on how the city can help them prevent that waste in the first place.
