Community meetings in the San Fernando Valley, June 3-10

A view from the San Fernando Valley: The pedestrian bridge on Monday, May 20, 2024. Since the 1970s, the Snoopy (also called “Peanuts”) Bridge over Wilbur Avenue near Tarzana Elementary School has been a beloved community landmark. It has been defaced with graffiti. Los Angeles City Councilmember Bob Blumenfield and his team have been closely working with community members, Charles M. Schulz Creative Associates, and Hattas Studios, on how to refurbish this Valley treasure. (Photo by Dean Musgrove, Los Angeles Daily News/SCNG)
