El Congreso vuelve a dilatar los plazos para la regularización de inmigrantes

El Congreso ha vuelto a ampliar este martes el plazo para la presentación de enmiendas a la proposición de ley para regularizar a cientos de miles de extranjeros sin papeles que ya viven y trabajan en España. El texto, una Iniciativa Legislativa Popular que contó con el apoyo de más de 600.000 firmas y cuya tramitación se aprobó en abril pasado, lleva meses empantanada en el mismo punto. A pesar de que la propuesta obtuvo en su día un consenso inusual en la Cámara —todos los grupos salvo Vox votaron a favor de su admisión a trámite—, partidos como Sumar y Podemos dudan de la viabilidad de la iniciativa y en pleno debate por la política migratoria del Gobierno, han redoblado en los últimos días la presión al PSOE para que avance en su recorrido parlamentario.
