ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Every dad dreams of playing a game of catch with their kiddo, and on Sunday, Isotopes Field was filled with dads doing just that. Sons, daughters, and dads of all ages were having a ball at the event.
A simple Sunday at the baseball field can remind us all how much love, time, and patience dads everywhere put into making sure their kids always feel at the top of their game. “What better way to celebrate Father’s Day and getting to play catch with the boys and get ’em out here on the field,” said Justin Esquibel, father.
Sunday night, the Isotopes played the Oklahoma City Comets. The ‘Topes are in the midst of a two-week home stand.
