Gabriel ‘Fluffy’ Iglesias and Jo Koy to co-headline a show at SoFi Stadium

Known for their storytelling styles and for using their families as inspiration, two giants of comedy are getting together for a one night only show next year that will likely sell out one of the largest venues in Southern California.

Tickets go on sale Friday, April 25 to see comedy superstars Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias and Jo Koy co-headline a show dubbed “One Night Only!” at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on March 21. The Inglewood venue is home to the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers and has also hosted concerts by stars like Taylor Swift, The Weeknd and Beyoncé.  It has a seating capacity of approximately 70,000 that’s expandable up to 100,000 for some events. But for the first ever stand-up comedy show at SoFi, fans better buy tickets early since Iglesias and Koy have experience performing to very large audiences.

Iglesias, a Long Beach native, is arguably one of the most successful comedians of his generation and became the first comic to sell out 56,000-seat Dodger Stadium in 2022.

Iglesias was also ranked as the third highest grossing comedian of 2024 by Billboard, earning $42.8 million with 603,000 tickets sold in 124 shows. His other sellout performances include shows at Madison Square Garden in New York, Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles and The Sydney Opera House in Australia

Koy made the Billboard list too and was ranked at No. 10, earning $26 million with 368,000 tickets sold in 83 shows. Koy is the first comedian to sell-out 6 shows at The Kia Forum in Los Angeles, which has a seating capacity of 17,500.

So yes, think of this show as the comedy version of the Super Bowl.
