ICI Bucharest and Unifarm sign memorandum of cooperation on digital transformation and innovation

The National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest and Unifarm have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, marking the beginning of a partnership aimed at strengthening relations between the two institutions in the fields of digital transformation and innovation, supporting the enhancement of interactions between patients and the healthcare system in Romania.

The document was signed by Adrian-Victor Vevera, General Director of ICI Bucharest, and Adrian-Marius Dobre, General Director of Unifarm.

The partnership aims to identify and develop joint projects with a positive impact on operational efficiency, process digitalization, and increased safety and transparency in the activities specific to the two entities, keeping in mind their shared goal of supporting patient health as an element of national security.

“Through this memorandum, ICI Bucharest reaffirms its commitment to supporting modernization and digitalization initiatives in strategic areas of society. Collaboration with Unifarm is part of a series of inter-institutional partnerships through which we aim to strengthen digital capacities at the national level and integrate new technologies to support a more efficient healthcare system that is responsive to the needs of patients in Romania,” said Victor Vevera, General Director of ICI Bucharest.

The memorandum signed today opens new opportunities for cooperation to improve our activities and support our shared mission – enhancing the health and quality of life of patients,” stated Adrian-Marius Dobre, General Director of Unifarm S.A.

The document establishes a framework for cooperation between the two organizations for the exchange of expertise, the development of joint projects and initiatives, and the promotion of innovation and digitalization at the institutional level.
