NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – WalletHub recently its study on the best and worst states for summer road trips. According to WalletHub’s study, almost 75% of adults in America plan to take some sort road trip this summer. WalletHub compared all 50 states across 32 metrics, including road conditions, cost, activities, safety and more.
New Mexico landed near the bottom of the list, ranking 43rd overall. In individual metrics New Mexico ranked 18th in costs, 50th in safety and 29th in activities. To view the complete study and rankings, click here.
