ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man was sentenced to life Monday in court for the 2023 murder of a man a northeast Albuquerque apartment complex.
Andrew Ramirez was seen on surveillance video shooting and killing Freddie Litton at a northeast Albuquerque apartment complex in November 2023. At the time, Ramirez had recently been released from prison on burglary charges. A jury found Ramirez guilty of first degree murder in April. Judge Joseph Montano sentenced him to life.
