Sun Plaza marks a major milestone in its modernization process with the reopening of Zara, redesigned according to the latest global flagship store concept, developed by the Zara Architecture Studio. The new store features an expanded surface, integrates new digital solutions, and offers a fluid layout with a sequence of interconnected spaces and separate entrances for intuitive navigation. This concept was created to elevate the customer’s experience to a whole new level.

Also in Sun Plaza, Inditex recently opened the new Pull & Bear store, expanded to 900 sqm, featuring a minimalist design and new digital solutions adapted to a modern lifestyle.
Sun Plaza is currently undergoing an extensive modernization process – a major investment aimed at creating new experiences for visitors and strengthening its position as a key retail and lifestyle hub.
As part of this transformation, next year we will launch a state-of-the-art Auchan hypermarket covering 7,000 sqm. In addition, the adjacent area will be complemented by international fashion brands aligned with the latest trends in modern retail.
