ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A New Mexico State Police (NMSP) officer was involved in a crash on Albuquerque’s east side earlier Sunday. State police confirmed Sunday afternoon that the crash involved an NMSP vehicle and at least one other vehicle in the area of Wyoming and Central.
They say the crash also involved another vehicle, whose passengers were transported to the hospital along with the officer, with non-life-threatening injuries. It is unknown what led up to the crash at this time.
NMSP says the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
