TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES, N.M. (KRQE) – New Mexico State Police is investigating a fatal police shooting in Truth or Consequences. Details are limited, but the shooting involved an NMSP officer, and the suspect is dead. The officer is okay.
NMSP said they are investigating in two areas. One is at Chevron on N Date St. and the other is on High Winds Rd. 1.5 miles west of NM-181.
