The University of Alabama Million Dollar Band, as the university’s marching band is known, practiced Tuesday, Dec. 30, at Riverside City College’s Wheelock Stadium in preparation for the pregame and halftime shows of the 2026 Rose Bowl Game.

This year, the Rose Bowl Game will start an hour earlier, at 1 p.m., and features a College Football Playoff quarterfinal between top-seeded Big Ten champion Indiana and ninth-seeded Alabama.

Moving the game an hour earlier was brought about by an attempt to capture advertising revenue from the game being broadcast by ESPN earlier on the East Coast, according to Tournament of Roses President Mark Leavens.
