NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – A strong storm system has brought cold air, gusty winds, and snow into New Mexico, causing school delays, office closures, and power outages throughout the state. With storm warnings and advisories in place across the state Thursday morning, the storm has made for dangerous driving conditions in many areas.
