Rodriguez admitted to engaging in sexual activity with the girls. After an investigation by the Roswell Police Department and the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Rodriguez faced a sex trafficking charge in federal court.

Now that he has pled guilty to enticement of a minor, Rodriguez will serve prison time without the possibility of parole. Afterwards, he will have to serve 10 years of supervised release, and he will have to register as a sex offender.
