Throne and Liberty may well have been going for a year or so in South Korea but now we have it here in the West we get to partake in the fun events too. A global Throne and Liberty event for Halloween has been confirmed, and it will be the first major in-game event for all the new Western players.
It’s going to bring a whole host of cosmetic changes to the land (pumpkins everywhere we assume) and there will be some new dapper skins and hairstyles for your Throne and Libertarians to showcase.
Throne and Liberty Halloween event
The devs said this in a recent post outlining the roadmap for the game going forward, “October will feature many pieces of content, unlocking through our Milestone system. The Milestone system allows you to engage with new content at a known schedule after certain server-wide objectives have been completed. We have learned through player data and feedback that the previous pacing of the Milestone system was not right for our launch. For those familiar with the pacing from the original launch in Korea, we have significantly sped up when most pieces of content will unlock. Our goal is to provide a content release schedule that allows you to progress and unlock new content at a reasonable pace, regardless of how much time you can dedicate to the game. We want to strike a balance where active players don’t feel held back, while simultaneously not overwhelming other players.
Additionally, October will bring our first seasonal event — prepare for an all-new, haunted adventure! Solisium is being transformed into a trick-or-treating paradise, blending familiar gameplay with eerie seasonal twists. As we mentioned previously, this content will be released in the same window across the globe, giving you a chance to experience this event without any spoilers (other than this one).”
How to Unlock Throne and Liberty’s Halloween Skins
We are still waiting for further info on how the event will work but we can hazard a guess that you will be able to unlock some items via in-game quests but the best stuff will be item-shop purchases. That is usually how this stuff works, isn’t it? You can see from the image above that the tone is quite gothic-looking so if that is your vibe the Throne and Liberty Halloween event will be right up your alley.
We will update this page when the event times are confirmed.
