ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A woman was shot and killed Tuesday morning in an officer-involved shooting with the Albuquerque Police Department. APD says the shooting happened at the Hotel Parq Central.
Police say officers responded to a call about a woman who was at the hotel and armed with a firearm. Shortly after officers arrived on scene shots were fired. APD says the armed woman died at the scene, no officers were injured. The Multi-Agency Task Force is investigating the shooting. Traffic in the area may be affected while the investigation is active.
