A few weeks ago, he announced that he would be the special guest referee for the match between Ethan Page and Trick Williams for the WWE NXT Championship.

WWE NXT Champion Ethan Page recently appeared on Busted Open Radio, where he shared his honest opinions about CM Punk. Page emphasized that he recognizes Punk’s significant influence in wrestling, highlighting how he has witnessed both sides of the industry during his time in AEW and now in NXT.
He stated, “Honestly, for me, CM Punk brings so much to the table,” Page told “Busted Open Radio.” “Where I was [in AEW] and where I am [in NXT], I’ve seen both sides of it. I can’t argue the fact that the guy moves numbers, that people care what he has to say, people care what he’s doing, where he’s at, and the fact that he’s where I’m at and we’re going to be in his hometown in Chicago, first episode, big arena. Place is going to be packed. It’s massive. I don’t take [it] for granted.”
As the debut of WWE NXT on its new network approaches, fans look forward to the much anticipated match between Trick Williams and Ethan Page. All eyes will be on CM Punk as the special guest referee.
