Showers and storms were few and far between for the majority of the day today with a few heavy cells across southern New Mexico. As we head through the later evening hours, a few showers will develop across southeastern New Mexico. Overnight, lows will be mild for most with clearing skies.
Quiet weather will be in place for most on Sunday with a few spot showers expected across southeast New Mexico before a back door cold front moves through Sunday night. This will bring in more moisture for eastern New Mexico and slowly make its way westward through the upcoming workweek.
