RUIDOSO, N.M. (KRQE) – The New Mexico Environment Department’s Drinking Water Bureau has lifted even more advisories for Ruidoso water systems. Most of the village is no longer under a precautionary drinking water advisory but certain areas are still affected.
The advisory is still in place for the Tall Pines Water Association, Cedar Creek, Alpine Village, and Gavilan Hills water systems. The Village of Ruidoso and NMED created an interactive map showing where the advisories have been lifted and where they remain in place.
