ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Third Thursday at the Albuqueruqe Museum is taking place July 18. This month’s theme is “Making American Artists.”

Between 5 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., attendees can view current exhibits at the museum. Also between 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m., there will be an art activity of fabric fashion. People will combine drawing and fabric to make fashion designs. The activity is inspired by the artwork of Barkley L Hendricks in “Making American Artists: Stories from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, 1776-1976.”
Then, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., there is a Yoga by Bliis in the City. Also, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m., there will be a performance of To Rosa, Love Anna.
The overall event is free to the public.
