CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – The federal trial for a man accused of killing two women in Clovis this year could be pushed back after prosecutors revealed how much evidence they have. According to federal documents, prosecutors have submitted around 16,000 pages worth of evidence against Alek Collins. The defense did not oppose the motion.
Collins is currently scheduled for trial in October but that will likely be pushed back.
