“I can play, and you can sing.” Sunrise Films & Vertigo have revealed an official trailer for Bonus Track, a teen romance film out to watch this fall. The film originally premiered at the 2023 London Film Festival last year. It also played at a few other festivals and is actually getting a small theatrical release in the US this October. In 2006, George Bobbin, a 16-year-old who lives in a small English town and dreams of becoming a pop star, meets Max, the son of a famous musical duo. He teams up with this son of a rock star to try and win the school talent show. This musical coming-of-age romantic comedy film is directed by Julia Jackman, and is based on an original story by actor Josh O’Connor. The film stars Joe Anders as George, Samuel Small as Max, with Jack Davenport, Alison Sudal, Ray Panthaki, & Susan Wokoma. Josh O’Connor makes an appearance as well.
