Bright-green billboards with a brat font have been spotted in Australia and New Zealand today, Charli XCX teasing an appearance at Laneway Festival in February 2025.
The Laneway Festival fun began this morning, with organisers revealing the dates, venues, and ticket prices. The fun continued when triple j, presenting the upcoming festival, shared a teaser video hinting at Australia’s official brat summer.
“what is Laneway Festival cooking?” the national youth broadcaster captioned a post on TikTok, tagging Charli XCX, brat, and the festival. The video features a brat x Laneway poster with cars driving past and her song Von Dutch blaring in the background.
New Zealand publication Coup De Main also posted a teaser, sharing a video of the brat x Laneway poster being put up and captioning the clip, “what is this… girl… so confusing,” referring to one of the album’s highlights.
