New Piece by Piece Trailer for Pharrell Williams Lego Biopic

A new Piece by Piece trailer has been released for the animated documentary. The Lego animated biopic focuses on the life of acclaimed musical artist Pharrell Williams. It will be released in United States theaters on Friday, October 11, 2024, and also features Gwen Stefani, Kendrick Lamar, Timbaland, Justin Timberlake, Busta Rhymes, Jay Z, and Snoop Dogg.

“Piece by Piece is a unique cinematic experience that invites audiences on a vibrant journey through the life of cultural icon Pharrell Williams. Told through the lens of Lego animation, turn up the volume on your imagination and witness the evolution of one of music’s most innovative minds,” says the synopsis.

Who made Piece by Piece?

Piece By Piece is directed by Morgan Neville, who has previously made a number of highly acclaimed documentaries. These include 2013’s 20 Feet from Stardom, 2018’s Won’t You Be My Neighbor?, 2018’s They’ll Love Me When I’m Dead, 2021’s Roadrunner: A Film About Anthony Bourdain, and 2024’s STEVE! (Martin) A Documentary in 2 Pieces.

Neville produces the movie alongside Williams, Caitrin Rogers, Mimi Valdés, and Shani Saxon, while Jill Wilfert and Keith Malone serve as executive producers.
