DJ Logic has long been one of the live-music world’s most consummate collaborators, but this year has proven to be particularly busy, even for him. After hosting a pair of late-night gigs in Las Vegas following Phish’s Sphere debut, the turntablist returned to Sin City later in the spring for a second run of shows tied to Dead & Company’s appearances at the new venue, bringing together Aron Magner (Disco Biscuits), Eric Krasno (Soulive), Reed Mathis (Billy and the Kids) and Ben Atkind (ElephantProof ).

From there, Logic hit the road with a mix of all-star ensembles, weaving Magner, Marc Brownstein (Disco Biscuits), Sam Brouse (Papadosio), Chris Bullock (Snarky Puppy), Claude Coleman (Ween), Andy Greenberg (Runaway Gin), Mike Greenfield (Lotus), Cyro Baptista (Trey Anastasio Band), Felix Pastorius (Hipster Assassins) and several other guests into his improvisational show at various points.

DJ Logic also spent a good chunk of July and August on the summer circuit with O.A.R., Fitz and the Tantrums and Ripe, performing at iconic venues like Morrison, Colo.’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Los Angeles’ Greek Theatre and Philadelphia’s The Mann Center.

Here, Logic looks back on some recent concert highlights.

There’s a lot of great energy and musical connections being made on and off the stage with the entire O.A.R team. I’m grateful to be a part of this tour.  (Photo By Dominque D’Costa)

Brooklyn Bowl has always been a place I call home, and it’s always a joy to perform on that stage.  (Photo By Ken Spielman)

A very special night with my dear friend, the late Casey Benjamin, plus Robert Randolph, Christian McBride, Terreon Gully, Mark Whitfield and James Hurt.

Putting the supergroups together leads to all kinds of magic. People hear about it and they’re like, “I wanna come play too.” Some nights, there’s a revolving door of guests.  (Photo By Alex Torres)

Golden hour at Solshine: A Music & Arts Reverie—gearing up for a great set and kicking off the summer just right.
