Six New Mexicans charged with child solicitation

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – Six New Mexico adults have been arrested for trying to have sex with minors who were actually undercover cops. All of them remain behind bars Friday night awaiting their pretrial detention hearings.


Police asking for information in 1994 Albuquerque murder

First is 28-year-old Rafael Rosas, he was arrested for trying to meet up with a 15-year-old. When he tried to meet up in person, he was arrested by Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office deputies. Next is 51-year-old Stephen Phillips. He was arrested by Albuquerque police for trying to meet with a 12-year-old.

Samantha Clark, 35, thought she was meeting up with a girl and her dad. She arrived at the location and told the officer she had a “virus” and was not going to pursue intercourse. She was arrested by Santa Fe police. Matthew Ray Jaramillo, 44, was also arrested by Albuquerque police. Mahmoud Telfah, 35, was arrested by an Albquerque police detective. Just hours ago, 35-year-old Jonmichael Seagroves was arrested too. There is another warrant out for Stephen Rittereiser.

All suspects are charged with child solicitation.
