Kanye West is being sued by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. She alleges that he drugged and sexually assaulted her during a studio session with Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Pisciotta, who worked for West from 2021 to 2022, filed the updated lawsuit, claiming she became disoriented after consuming a drink that West directed a studio assistant to serve her (via Fox News). Pisciotta’s lawsuit includes accusations of sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract.
In the amended lawsuit, Pisciotta alleges that after taking a few sips of the drink, she began feeling “heavily impaired” and “less in control of her body and speech.” She claimed to have no memory of the events that followed until West allegedly later revealed they had “hooked up.”
Pisciotta further alleged that West mocked her for not remembering the incident. She initially filed her lawsuit in June 2024, accusing West of sexual harassment and sending her explicit content. West’s representatives have denied the claims, calling them “baseless” and accusing Pisciotta of pursuing him for employment benefits before engaging in blackmail (via Entertainment Weekly).
Pisciotta has not accused Combs of any wrongdoing. This lawsuit adds to West’s ongoing legal troubles, including additional allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct from other employees.
The lawsuit forms part of a broader legal issue involving prominent figures in the music industry, with Combs also currently facing separate charges unrelated to Pisciotta’s claims. West’s legal team has yet to comment on the recent allegations, while Pisciotta’s case continues to unfold in court.
