Albuquerque man accused of holding another man at gunpoint, assaulting  him

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man is in custody, accused of forcing his way into an apartment and assaulting another man inside.

According to court documents, the alleged victim told investigators that Michael Baker, along with two accomplices, held him at gun point, struck him with multiple items from around the house and threatened to rape him. The victim told police that Baker justified the attack with false accusations of affair with the wife of a mutual friend.

Baker is charged with robbery, assault and aggravated battery.
