ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Cody Bradley, 46, pleaded guilty on Thursday to his fourth DWI and will avoid jail time if he completes DWI Court.

According to a criminal complaint, Bradley was arrested for DWI after being found asleep behind the wheel of his parked car near Alameda and Ellison in Albuquerque. Bradley performed poorly on filed sobriety tests and blew over the legal limit. As part of the plea agreement, Bradley’s sentence will be deferred pending successful completion of DWI Court.

Bradley has three previous convictions for DWI dating back to 2005. Earlier this year he was arrested for another DWI, but charges were dropped after the arresting Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Deputy failed to show up to the hearing. If Bradley completes DWI Court, he will still serve a minimum of six months on house arrest with an ankle monitor.
