Court records say Cespedes was part of a group that would steal from local stores and sell the stolen items to the ringleader, Raul Garcia, who would then resell those stolen items. Cespedes pleaded guilty to an organized retail crime charge. As per the plea agreement, Judge Joseph Montano sentenced Cespedes to three years behind bars. That sentence will run concurrently to the three years she is already serving for manufacturing and distributing child pornography.
