BIGSOUND Announces $25 Tickets For Under 25s

The Southern Hemisphere’s biggest music event, BIGSOUND, will be redeeming its yearly time on the stages of Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley very soon, this time announcing a special ticket price to help punters.

Creators of BIGSOUND, QMusic, have partnered with education provider JMC Academy to deliver event tickets for just $25 for those aged 25 and under, making the industry fiesta more accessible to a generation of music lovers affected by the cost of living crisis. 

BIGSOUND, the leading music industry event within Australia, is widely recognised for bringing Brisbane’s nightlife venues alive and plays a vital role in discovering future music pioneers.

Taking place annually in September, the three-day festival completely transforms Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley into a vibrant hub of musical innovation and creativity, ranging from esteemed keynote speakers, up-and-coming artists, and many a party for the average punter.

This year’s event will feature keynote speakers ranging from frontwoman Amy Taylor from Aussie punk band Amyl And The Sniffers to festival pioneer Adam Ryan (The Great Escape, Lovebox, Wilderness) and Korda Marshall representing Mushroom Group.

Some huge names will give showcases this year, including Alex the Astronaut, Keli Holiday (Adam Hyde of Peking Duk), and Sly Withers

According to BIGSOUND, the $25 tickets will apply to a one-night pass to the music festival, allowing entry into artist showcases and after-hours events. A three-day pass can be picked up for just $75 in the early bird sales.

Meanwhile, an all-access delegate pass will set you back $379 for QMusic students, $529 for members, and $629 for non-members. More information regarding BIGSOUND can be found on their website.
