Despite this, George is determined as ever to return to his mother and family and embarks on a dangerous journey back home. Rita, meanwhile, gets distressed about her son’s whereabouts, soon going on a perilous journey herself in her attempts to reunite with him.
Blitz’s cast comprises Elliot Heffernan as George, Saoirse Ronan as Rita, Harris Dickinson as Jack, Benjamin Clementine as Ife, Kathy Burke as Beryl, Paul Weller as Gerald, Stephen Graham as Albert, Leigh Gill as Mickey Davies, and Mica Ricketts as Jess.
