This year, the Blue Dragon Series Awards will take place in July. The third edition of the drama awards ceremony has opened up the voting lines, where fans can choose their favorite OST singer, popular actor, and more categories.
The prestigious Blue Dragon Series Award was first held in 2022. After two successful runs, the ceremony will return for the third time in 2024, where fans can vote for twelve categories. Some popular categories where fans can vote include Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, and Best New Actor in the drama and entertainment category.
3rd Blue Dragon Series Awards reveal date & voting details of 2024 ceremony
The Blue Dragon Series Awards 2024 will take place on July 19, 2024, at 8:30 p.m. KST, 7.30 a.m. ET, 4.30 a.m. PT, and 5 p.m. IST. The red carpet ceremony will begin at 6.40 p.m. KST at Paradise City in Incheon. Fans can watch the third edition of the award ceremony on KBS2.
Before the award ceremony begins, fans can vote for their favorite nominees through the official Blue Dragon Series website. Through the online voting process, fans can choose their favorite candidates through the U+ WHY NOT Award and the OST Popularity Award. Fans can vote for those two awards exclusively on the Celeb Champ app until July 10 and July 16, respectively.
The final winners of every category will be decided based on several factors, including professional judges’ opinions, netizen votes, and Sports Chosun reporter votes. However, for the OST Popularity Award and the U+ WHY NOT Award, the Celeb Champ app’s 80% of the total votes will be the deciding factor.

Some prominent names in the Best Actress category nod are Nana, Han So Hee, Choi Yebin, Tiffany Young, and more. Some famous K-pop stars nominated in the favorite OST category include EXO Suho and NCT Taeil.
