RIO RANCHO, N.M. (KRQE) – Calling all food lovers, this fall the City of Rio Rancho will have a food truck fiesta at Cabezon Park. The fiesta will also feature venders, magicians, henna, and face painters.
If you own a food truck, organizers are looking for vendors to participate. For an application, call the Cabezon Community Center at (505) 892-4499. The best vendors will be awarded trophies. The food truck fiesta is September 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
