CTP appoints Ionut Puiu as construction director for its Romanian division

CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), strengthened its Romanian management team with the appointment of Ionuț Puiu as Construction Director starting in May.

After a three-year hiatus pursuing a new challenge, Ionuț Puiu returns to CTP now taking on the role of Construction Director.

With a portfolio already covering 2.9 million sqm of Class-A sustainable modern warehouses, CTP Romania is poised for growth, boasting a landbank of over 3.5 million sqm in various cities. The company has over 200,000 sqm of industrial and logistics space that is currently under development in Arad, Bucharest, Brasov, and Sibiu, with plans for additional development throughout 2024.
