RUIDOSO, N.M. (KRQE) – Two disaster recovery centers in Ruidoso and the Mescalero Apache Reservation are changing their hours. Starting this weekend, the centers will be closed on Sundays. Both centers are open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
