(NEXSTAR) – Universal Orlando Resort revealed their slate of summer offerings, including a new DreamWorks Land and a nighttime show that features fireworks, drones, and iconic moments from classic films.
CineSational: A Symphonic Spectacular is a new lagoon show making its debut June 14 at Universal Studios Florida. The show features more than 200 fountains, 600 drones, fireworks, and moments from films including Jurassic World, Jaws, Ghostbusters, Trolls, Back to the Future, Super Mario Bros. Movie, King Kong, and more.
DreamWorks Land, also located in Universal Studios Florida, is a new area for kids that features films such as Shrek, Trolls, and Kung Fu Panda. Some of the offerings include the Trolls Trollercoaster and photo opportunities with Shrek, Donkey, and other characters.
Over at Universal Islands of Adventure, Hogwarts Always is a new projection show in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade. This nighttime show features visuals inspired by key moments from the Harry Potter films, set against the backdrop of Hogwarts castle.
On July 3, Universal Orlando will debut the Universal Mega Movie Parade at Universal Studios Florida. This daytime parade will feature characters from iconic films like E.T., Jaws, Ghostbusters, Jurassic World, and Trolls.
