Fans started lining up at Dodger Stadium hours ahead of Thursday’s evening game against the Cincinnati Reds in the hopes of scoring an exclusive Shohei Ohtani Dodgers bobblehead.

The Shohei Ohtani bobblehead is a part of the seasonal promotions the Dodgers are offering at their games this season. The bobblehead is available to the first 40,000 fans at the game, with 1,700 of the Ohtani bobbles being in a road gray uniform to be given out at random. Dodger Stadium can seat up to 56,000 individuals for their games.

By 3:00 p.m. the line had already made its way outside of the stadium, with cars being turned away until gates open at 4 p.m.

By 5 p.m. attendees had started to receive their bobbleheads, with some resellers taking to eBay.
Shohei Ohtani Bobbleheads for tonight’s Dodgers game are already popping up on eBay for more than $100.
The special road gray uniform (1,700 available at random out of the 40,000 bobbleheads) is currently being listed for just under $1,000.
