Freaky Teaser #3 for Soderbergh’s ‘Presence’ Ghost-in-a-House Movie

“In this house she will feel a… presence.” This is the scariest one yet! Neon has unveiled a third freaky teaser trailer for Steven Soderbergh’s ghost story film Presence. This originally premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival and is one of the best horror films out of this year’s fest, a intriguing shot-in-one-location thriller about a family that moves into a very nice house. Neon has confirmed that the film opens in limited theaters in January 2025 early next year – it’s worth the wait. A family moves into a suburban house and becomes convinced they’re not alone. The rest of the story must not be spoiled – wait until you watch it in theaters. Presence stars Lucy Liu, Chris Sullivan, Callina Liang, Julia Fox, Eddy Maday, and West Mulholland. Stay tuned for more… It’s a clever film with a smooth camera following a ghost that drifts around this house with a not-that-scary but also very-scary (once it gets going) supernatural story involving the two kids. It’s the third eerie teaser after two others before it and shows Liang’s character sleeping in her bed. This preview is so unsettling! You’ll have to wait to find out what is going on when it opens in January. // Continue Reading ›
