“To win the game, we must identify all the Werewolves and kill them before they kill us.” Let’s play! Netflix has unveiled the full official trailer for a French adventure comedy movie titled Family Pack, and even though it has werewolves in it, it’s less of a horror than it is an action movie. Set for a streaming release on Netflix this October. Made by a French filmmaker named François Uzan, not to be confused with the other French filmmaker François Ozon. When night falls, and the players have their eyes closed, werewolves make victims among the villagers. The film is based a board game (known as “The Werewolves of Miller’s Hollow” from Zygomatic), and it’s about a family that is sent back to medieval times when they start playing the game. Kind of like the Jumanji movies, where they get sucked into the game – but this has werewolves in it they must kill. Netflix’s Family Pack features Franck Dubosc, Suzanne Clément, Jonathan Lambert, Grégory Fitoussi, Bruno Gouery, and Jean Reno. There’s still no totally clean, clear shot of any of the werewolves in this trailer, which is a bit concerning. Give us more monsters! It does seem amusing anyway. // Continue Reading ›
