The cast of the upcoming Goosebumps Season 2 continues to grow, with Disney announcing a handful of actors have joined the cast as recurring members.
The Disney anthology series will add Arjun Athalye (Are You Afraid of the Dark), Eloise Payet (The End of the Party), Christopher Paul Richards (The Kids Are Alright), Kyra Tantao (Zombies 3), Stony Blyden (American Born Chinese) and Sakina Jaffrey (Billions) as recurring members.
The group of actors joins the previously announced cast that includes David Schwimmer, Ana Ortiz, Sam McCarthy, Jayden Bartels, Elijah Cooper, Galilea La Salvia, and Francesa Noel.
What will Goosebumps Season 2 be about?
The logline for Goosebumps Season 2 reads, “Teenage siblings discover a threat stirring, triggering a chain of events that unravel a profound mystery. As they delve into the unknown, the duo find themselves entangled in the chilling tale of four teenagers who mysteriously vanished in 1994.”
Created by Rob Letterman and Nicholas Stoller, Goosebumps, which is based on the popular book series by R. L. Stine, premiered on Disney+ and Hulu in October 2023. The first season starred Zack Morris, Isa Briones, Miles McKenna, Ana Yi Puig, Will Price, Rachael Harris, and Justin Long.
Goosebumps was renewed for a second season in February 2024. The new season will be eight episodes long and feature an entirely new cast and setting.
A release date has not yet been set for Goosebumps Season 2.
