Jared Fogle is serving a 15-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to multiple charges of child sex crimes and child pornography in 2015. He gained popularity in the 2000s as the face of Subway and came to be known as the Subway Guy. He was an icon in the eyes of the public until an FBI investigation uncovered Fogle’s horrifying crimes. Besides Fogle, Russell Taylor and his ex-wife, Angela Taylor (now Baldwin), were also part of the years-long investigation. Eventually, the three were convicted of multiple sex crimes involving children.
Where is Russell Taylor’s ex-wife Angela Baldwin now?
According to federal records, Angela Baldwin, 42, is serving her sentence at FMC Carswell, a federal prison in Fort Worth, Texas.
Per the U.S. Attorney’s Office press release, the investigation began in 2014 when Taylor and Baldwin’s acquaintance contacted the Indiana State Police and reported that the former offered to share child sexual abuse material with her. The following year, a search warrant was then executed in Taylor and Baldwin’s shared home. The search also led to the discovery of child sexual abuse material on multiple electronic devices. “There were likely hidden cameras in the house,” the law enforcement officers concluded.
The documents further revealed that Taylor and his ex-wife, Baldwin, worked with Fogle and other individuals to “produce, possess, and distribute child sexual abuse material.” The couple put hidden cameras in their house as they secretly recorded minor children engaging in sexual activity.
In 2022, Taylor was sentenced to 27 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to multiple offenses. Baldwin received 33 years in federal prison. In 2021, she was convicted of “two counts of production of child sexual abuse material, one count of conspiracy to produce child sexual abuse material, and one count of possession of child sexual abuse material.”
