The brand-new episode 13 of the hit romance time-travel K-drama Lovely Runner will make its debut on tvN on Monday, May 20, 2024, at 8:50 p.m. KST. The episode will also air on the streaming platform Viki on the same day. tvN recently launched a new trailer for the upcoming episode on its official Instagram channel.
The trailer for Lovely Runner episode 13 showcases a heartwarming moment shared by the central couple of the series, Ryu Sun Jae (Byeon Woo Seok) and Im Sol (Kim Hye Yoon). It is Im Sol’s birthday, and Sun Jae brings a birthday cake to celebrate it while they are together on a ride at an amusement park.

In the newly dropped trailer for episode 13 of Lovely Runner, the audience witnesses a heartfelt moment between Im Sol (Kim Hye Yoon) and Ryu Sun Jae (Byeon Woo Seok).
The trailer begins with Im Sol waiting for Ryu Sun Jae in front of a ride at an amusement park. He has not arrived yet, and it seems like they are supposed to get on the ride together. Soon, Sun Jae appears there with a cake in his hand. The two then get on the ride. As the ride starts, Sol asks him about the cake. In response, Sun Jae says that he has run really fast to get it.
The trailer for Lovely Runner episode 13 then shows Sun Jae lighting up the candles on top of the cake. He then asks Sol to blow out the candles and make a wish. At that moment, Im Sol asks Sun Jae to sing her the birthday song. Thus, Sun Jae heartily sings the birthday song for her, and she blows out the candles. Im Sol then expresses her gratitude to Sun Jae.
After that, the new trailer ends with Ryu Sun Jae asking Im Sol to check the right pocket of her dress. Thus, it’s safe to say that the audience is in for an exciting new episode of the tvN series.
