Low-cost pet clinic to be available for Santa Fe County residents

SANTA FE COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) – If you’re looking for some help getting your pet spayed or neutered, a clinic is coming to the Nambe Pueblo Wellness Center in Santa Fe. It takes place from September 13 to 15.

The clinic is primarily focused on spaying and neutering for cats and dogs, but other services are available.

As a team effort between Santa Fe County and RezDawg Rescue, officials are offering spay/neuter surgery, three months of oral flea/tick prevention, core vaccinations, deworming treatment, microchipping, and a free pet bed and bag of food. It is worth noting the surgery is only by appointment.

The clinic is meant for Santa Fe County residents, and there is a $25 copay. If you cannot afford the payment, the clinic might still be able to help you.
