Man throws rocks onto LA freeway — motorcyclist goes down, other vehicles get flat tires

A motorcyclist crashed and a few cars were damaged on Thursday, May 30, after a man was seen throwing rocks onto a freeway in South Los Angeles.

The accident occurred around 3:30 a.m. on the northbound side of the 110 Freeway, near 23rd Street, according to footage by OnScene TV, a news organization.

The motorcyclist went into a slide, his bike causing sparks. The cyclist was able to get off of the freeway without getting struck by another vehicle.

The suspect was then seen on the video walking away.

“The debris also caused multiple flat tires on the freeway, with at least two drivers in the area … seen pulled over on the shoulder waiting for roadside assistance,” a Fox 11 report said.

The California Highway Patrol asked that anyone with information about the case to call 424-551-4000.
