One-Line Code Analytics with AI Data Analyst | PT. 1

RMAG news

Hi everyone, I’m Antonio, CEO at litlyx.com.

I’m new to posting on dev.to and I’m excited to share our open-source project with you. I hope you’ll find it interesting. To be transparent, this post aims to raise awareness about our product because we believe it can help many developers and founders.

You can find our open-source repo on Github & we hope you want to share some love with us and constructive feedback.

Kindly, leave a star to help us! 🙏

With that said, I have an open question for you all:

What problems are developers facing right now when trying to add analytics to their code? Are there specific challenges like technical issues, lack of support, or not having the right tools?

I hope you can share your thoughts on this topic.

Let’s dive in.

As a developer myself, my team and I tried to integrate analytics into our projects, but it was a mess. Long documentation and boilerplate code made it a struggle. We just needed a solution to track our events easily.

We tried using Google Analytics, but it was long and tedious. Many analytics libraries are made by individual developers for new frameworks or technologies, making the landscape confusing.

There are great tools like LogRocket or Plausible, but none fit our needs. We wanted a Free solution to log our ‘custom’ events.

So, like many developers, we decided to build our own solution.

This led to the creation of Litlyx. We developed a great analytics tracker and were happy with it.

As a crazy hustler & crazy consumer of metrics, I saw the potential for a product that could bring the same satisfaction to others.

Metrics Driven Development should be the mantra everybody follow to create a great product end-users wants!

And that’s how our journey to build our SaaS Litlyx began.

I hope you will find this little series of posts interesting, we will dive-in from the genesis to the go-to market strategy i’m trying to implement to create awareness for Litlyx.com.

Share some ❤️ for 🇮🇹 devs. Ciao!! 👋
