The highly awaited sci-fi romance Korean film Wonderland, starring Park Bo-Gum and Bae Suzy, is set to debut on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, in theatres in South Korea. Before the premiere, the electrifying chemistry between the two actors has captivated many fans. In fact, the online community has been speculating whether the two have been dating.
On Tuesday, June 4, 2024, actor Park Bo-Gum sat for an interview with News 1. During the interview, he addressed the rumors about his relationship with Bae Suzy and said, “We are very close,…I don’t want to make things more awkward by saying that,”. Then the actor went on to talk about his amazing working experience with the Doona! actress.

As mentioned above, Wonderland actor Park Bo-Gum addressed the rumors about him dating his co-star Bae Suzy in a recent interview with News 1. He explained that the two were indeed very close, but he did not want to comment on fan speculations or rumors as he did not want to cause any discomfort or create any awkwardness.
During the interview, Park Bo-Gum talked about how great working with actress Bae Suzy was. He said, “It was great when I met her as an MC, but it was also great to act with her….We enjoyed this project so much that I wonder if I ever remember actually working with the other actor from start to finish….Suzy also showed signs of loving that character. Watching Suzy, I could see that she really liked and loved the character Jeongin and that she was enjoying this work, so I was proud and had fun, and I think we received a lot of strength together.”
Thus, as per the actor’s words, he and co-star Suzy have a very comfortable and friendly equation. They are accompanied by renowned filmmaker Kim Tae-Yong, who is also helming the project. In addition to Bae Suzy and Park Bo-Gum, the main cast includes Tang Wei, Jung Yu-Mi, and Choi Woo-Shik.
The sci-fi romantic Korean film will premiere in theaters in South Korea on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.
