Public can meet the leading candidates for Bernalillo County manager position

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The list of candidates to manage the county has been narrowed down to three individuals. On June 18, the public can hear from the tree candidates in a special administrative meeting.

The search to replace Julie Morgas Baca as the county’s manager has been contentious, with the New Mexico Department of Justice stepping in with an investigation after an apparent lack of transparency in the selection process. But now, the county commissioners have three candidates they’re presenting to the public.
